• Any liquid is spilt from the carton
• Contestant bends or supports the arm

During this timed event you will fillet two whiting cleanly and as fast as possible to take home not only the title but $100 cash. That’s definitely worth trying your hand at a spot of fish filleting!

Stein is to be filled to within 20mm of rim, time will start when indicated by judge. Stein is to be held with straight arm, unsupported and the competitor must remain standing with the stein
